What are your shipping costs like?
For International Shipping rates, click here. For domestic prepaid orders over Rs 2500, shipping is free. For domestic prepaid orders below Rs 2500, a small shipping charge would apply. COD charge applies on all COD orders.
How much time does it take you to process orders?
For orders without personalisation, it takes us 2-3 days to prepare your order. For personalised orders, production time can be anywhere between 7-8 working days. Please note that timelines would differ for all orders placed during our sales.
How much time will standard shipping take?
Domestic shipping can take anywhere between 4-6 working days, based on the delivery location. For international orders, shipping can take between 10-18 working days. If you need your stationery to reach you sooner, please contact us for expedited shipping options.
I need my order urgently. Do you have an express shipping option?
Yes, we do! For domestic orders, please select the express shipping option at checkout. Express orders are shipped out within 2-3 working days, and delivery time is between 2-4 working days(based on the location). Provided there are no major holidays, most express orders are delivered within a week.
For international express orders, please contact us via Whatsapp for expedited shipping options.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery(COD)?
COD is available over Rs 999, at an additional charge. For COD orders, you will be contacted by our team via WhatsApp to confirm before processing.
