Yes, we ship all over the world! 

What are your shipping costs like?
For International Shipping rates, click here. For domestic prepaid orders over Rs 2500, shipping is free. For domestic prepaid orders below Rs 2500, a small shipping charge would apply. COD charge applies on all COD orders.
 
How much time does it take you to process orders?
For orders without personalisation, it takes us 2-3 days to prepare your order.  For personalised orders, production time can be anywhere between 7-15 working days, depending on the product. Please refer to the individual timelines mentioned on each product. Please note that personalised orders once placed cannot be cancelled as they are auto-processed through the system, so kindly ensure you check the timelines carefully before ordering.

Please note that the timelines would differ for all orders placed during our sales. 

How much time will standard shipping take?
Domestic shipping can take anywhere between 4-6 working days, based on the delivery location. For international orders, shipping can take between 10-18 working days. If you need your stationery to reach you sooner, please contact us for expedited shipping options. 

I need my order urgently. Do you have an express shipping option?
Yes, we do! For domestic orders, please select the express shipping option at checkout. Express orders are shipped out within 4-5 working days, and delivery time is between 2-4 working days(based on the location). 

For international express orders, please contact us via Whatsapp for expedited shipping options.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery(COD)?
COD is available on non-personalised orders over Rs 999, at an additional charge. For personalised COD orders, you will be contacted by our team via WhatsApp to confirm before processing. Only once you confirm via message, the order would be processed. 

I have placed a personalised order and would like to make a change in the text/font. Is it possible?
Personalised orders are auto-processed immediately on our system, so any changes in text are not possible. We urge you to cross-check the text carefully before placing the order!

Do your products have your branding on them?
Yes, all TGL products come with our branding on them. We are a luxe design company, and all our products are exclusively designed and produced by us. We take great pride in each product we create, which is why we do not retail any products without our branding. However the branding is usually small and printed in one corner, to ensure that it is not an eyesore and does not affect the beauty of the final product!


RETURNS:


What is your return policy?
Our products are crafted with utmost care and detail and each piece undergoes a thorough two-stage quality check before it is packed. Hence, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products delivered in perfect condition. 
However, in case you have received the wrong product or received a damaged/defective product, we would be happy to exchange it for you.
Please share images/videos of the defective/incorrect product with us via Email/WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please keep all original packaging intact and ensure it is securely packed for return shipping. If the returned product is deemed wrong/damaged upon careful review, it will be exchanged for a new one. Return orders will be picked up within 48 hours of receiving the package.


What is your cancellation policy?
- For non-personalised products, cancellation is only possible within the first 12 hours, provided the order has not been dispatched from our end. 
- For personalised orders, cancellations are not possible once the order is placed.



What if my shipment delivery fails? 
Unsuccessful deliveries could be due to multiple reasons. In most cases, the delivery is attempted three times before the package is returned to origin. If the delivery agent is unable to reach you, delivery would not be attempted. 
Please note that in case an incorrect contact number or international phone number is entered, the delivery agent would fail to deliver the order, as they are unable to reach you. Once the package is dispatched, in most cases, contact details cannot be changed and the package would be returned back to us. Most delivery attempts are geo-verified to ensure transparency. 

We are not responsible for any failed deliveries due to failure to receive calls/incorrect contact details. Once the package is returned back to us, it may be reshipped back to you at an additional charge for two way shipping. 

My orders says delivered but I haven’t received it!

In case you haven’t received your order and it has been marked as delivered, please reach out to us within 48 hours, since the window to further raise these disputes with our shipping partner closes after this time period. We are only able to take up the issue and extract delivery history with the company for the first 48 hours.
