What is your return policy?
Our products are crafted with utmost care and detail and each piece undergoes a thorough two-stage quality check before it is packed. Hence, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products delivered in perfect condition.
However, in case you have received the wrong product or received a damaged/defective product, we would be happy to exchange it for you.
Please share unboxing images/videos of the defective/incorrect product with us via Email/WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please keep all original packaging intact and ensure it is securely packed for return shipping. If the returned product is deemed wrong/damaged upon careful review, it will be exchanged for a new one. Return orders will be picked up within 48 hours of receiving the package.
What is your cancellation policy?
- For non-personalised products, cancellation is only possible within the first 12 hours, provided the order has not been dispatched from our end.
- For personalised orders, cancellations are not possible once the order is placed.
What if one or more products in my order is out of stock?
In case one or more products in your order are no longer in stock, we will issue a refund for the said product. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
